Ingredients

  • 2 Large very ripe bananas
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 4 Whole Eggs
  • 2 Scoops SBD Supplements Chocolate WPI
  • 2 Tsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Dash Salt
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Butter for cooking (or oil of choice – just not vegetable oil)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Free Mapel Syrup
  • 50 Grams Frozen Fruit (i.e. Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries)

Instructions

Step 1

Add all ingredients (except butter, mapel syrup & berries) into a blender (I used my NutriBullet), and blend until you have a smooth mixture. If it’s too thick, add a little water.

Step 2

Heat butter (or oil of choice – just not vegetable oil) in a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Once your pan has been heated, add the amount of mixture you want, i.e. 2-3 tablespoons (to make the size pancakes you like) to the pan, and cook until bubbles start to form on the top of your pancake. Flip and cook for another couple of minutes or until cooked through. Repeat this process until all of your mixture has been used.

Step 4

Finish your stack with the Mapel Syrup and your favourite frozen berries.

Optional: You can stew your fruit by adding the frozen berries to a saucepan with a small amount of water. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer until they are saucey enough for your liking!
